AXXIS Construction provides general contracting services for commercial projects throughout Idaho. We work under AIA A101 and A201 contract documents and bill monthly on G702 and G703 forms.
Retail and Restaurant Construction
We build ground-up stores and restaurants and manage remodels for franchisees and local operators. Fast-casual and quick-service restaurants are a primary specialty.
Industrial and Distribution Construction
We build distribution centers, warehouses, and light industrial facilities. Scope can include site work, imported fill and grading, stormwater controls, and coordination of multiple trades on large sites with firm completion dates.
Multifamily Construction
We build apartment and mixed-use projects from site development through turnover, coordinating all trades on a single master schedule and communicating directly with ownership and property management throughout construction.
