How We Manage a Project
This page describes how AXXIS Construction manages a commercial project from preconstruction through warranty.
Preconstruction
We review plan sets, geotechnical reports, and site conditions before pricing. Coordination items between the plan set and owner requirements are identified in the bid proposal.
Project team
Every project is staffed with a dedicated project manager and a full-time superintendent. Together they manage the schedule, budget, submittals, RFIs, owner communication, daily operations, safety, quality control, logistics, and trade partner coordination.
Scheduling
We develop Critical Path Method schedules from plans, experience, and trade partner input. Master schedules and three-week look-ahead schedules are updated regularly.
Communication and reporting
We hold weekly Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings with prepared agendas and minutes, issue daily progress reports and update emails, and maintain RFI and submittal logs.
Site management and safety
Trade partner agreements require daily cleanup. Our superintendents conduct daily site inspections and manage logistics, stormwater controls, and site safety requirements.
Changes, closeout, and warranty
When scope or site conditions change, we document cost and schedule impacts for approval. Quality is verified through milestone inspections, walkthroughs, and final inspections. We provide a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials.
